Where the deposit went, that's where the refund comes from.
Because TripSaver Bank never processes the booking, all refund and cancellation requests must be made directly with the partner or carrier where you completed the purchase. We provide links to each partner's refund policy below.
US DOT 24-hour rule
For tickets purchased seven or more days before departure, US carriers must offer either a 24-hour free cancellation or a 24-hour hold. This is a federal rule and applies regardless of the partner used.
