TIER GUIDE
Cabin tiers
What you actually get when you tick each cabin box — without the marketing varnish.
Tier 1 · Basic Economy
The lowest deposit. Boarding last, no advance seat selection, often no overhead bin access. Refunds restricted, changes restricted. Fine for short, predictable trips.
Tier 2 · Main Economy
The standard tier. Seat selection at booking, standard carry-on, free changes on most carriers as of 2024. Loyalty points accrue.
Tier 3 · Premium Economy
Wider seat, dedicated cabin, priority boarding, 1–2 free checked bags. Long-haul international only. Worth it on flights over 7 hours.
Tier 4 · Business
Lie-flat bed on widebody international routes. Lounge access. Two checked bags. Worth it on overnight long-haul.
Tier 5 · First
Suites, sliding doors, chauffeur transfer on a handful of carriers. Available on a small number of routes — typically SIN, DOH, NRT, HND, DXB hubs.
Tier choice is yours. TripSaver Bank surfaces fares in every tier — what you book is what you confirm at the partner site.
